On the test environment, ZOOZ has a timeout configured for notification about status changes that are received from PayU Latam.
In the case of a test environment, the configuration is as following:
For Authorization + Charge Webhook is called twice every 30 minutes
For Refund + Void Webhook is called twice every 6 hours
In case ZOOZ does not receive an answer within the configured timeframe and after 2 attempts, the status will not be updated, even if it was indeed updated later on PayU Latam side.
Please note that this configuration is relevant for Sandbox only. On the Production environment, it will not have such a limitation and ZOOZ will keep waiting for an answer until it arrives.
