Error 349 is received from shva, and it exists only for EMV terminals.
This error indicates that there is no option to use the customer's line of credit due to a misconfiguration on SHVA.
In order to resolve the problem, the J5 settings should be changed in Shva to "available" for the terminal. This will allow J5 transactions to be executed successfully. In other words, it allows the merchant to capture higher amounts than the original authorized amount.
