It is possible to integrate SSO through PaymentsOS, in order to do so, please follow the next steps:
- Provide to our support@zooz.com the SSO provider and the metadata.xml of your SSO identity provider. List if you wish to enforce the SSO (meaning, the users will not be able to log in using a password, but only SSO).
- Once we will configure the SSO on our side, we will send our metadata.xml for your configuration and what domain to configure it.
- If there is any additional info you need (like SSO URL, Audience URI, Default RelayState), please send our team and we will provide it.
Enforce SSO:
If you choose to enforce SSO, you need to send us the date you will enable it for the users.
If you choose to enforce SSO, you need to send us the date you will enable it for the users.
- If the users had access previously using their password, we recommend giving them 1-2 weeks' notice, to make sure they can log in using SSO because after the change they won’t be able to login using their password.
- After the change, we recommend the users to delete the login password from the browser, for smooth login experience.
