If a new user is unable to see anything in the Control Center, there could be a few explanations:
- Cookies and cache - before the user opens the invitation link, ask them to clear their browsers' cookies and cache.
- Configured roles - if a user is invited before they are configured in PaymentsOS with a role then they won't be able to use the system properly. To make sure the new user is configured with roles, make sure to go to Account >> User Management >> Role. If no roles are configured, click on the 'Edit User' icon and assign them a role.
- Invitation link - Make sure that the user doesn't copy-paste the link's text. Instead, the user needs to click on the actual invitation link URL.
- Account association - There can only be one email address associated with your PaymentsOS account. It is possible that your user accidentally or intentionally created a new PaymentsOS account with their email address, and therefore, will not be able to access your company's PaymentsOS account.
